From the Field to the Mic

Rasheed Bailey is a Philadelphia native who spent over a decade playing professional football at the highest levels of the NFL and CFL, including two Grey Cup championships with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

After football, Rasheed turned that same discipline toward a new mission: helping people keep going through their own hardest seasons. He founded ShowtimeSpeaks, the parent brand behind his motivational speaking work and The Keep Going Podcast, where he sits down with athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs for honest conversations about resilience, faith, and what it actually takes to not quit.

Rasheed also serves as a Player Development and Strategy coach at West Chester University, mentoring the next generation on mental performance, life skills, and personal branding — the same principles at the center of his "Process of Life" framework.

Whether he's on a stage, behind a mic, or in a locker room, Rasheed's message stays the same: whatever you're facing, keep going.
